Born in Miami, FL, Farah-Lissa Alexis began her journey towards musical success at the tender age of 3, when she began singing in her church's choir. Her passion for poetry at 6 years old, fueled her pursuit of songwriting. Her influences include Jazz, Gospel, Haitian Kompa, Soul, Funk, Afro-beat, & World music, to name a few. Farah-Lissa has embraced her versatility & appreciation for diverse styles, incorporating these influences in her music.
Accumulating a song repertoire of over 120 songs written in the past 3 years, she is taking this industry by storm. From Pop, to Gospel, to Hip Hop & R&B, Farah-Lissa writes it all, including Acoustic, Folk, Country & Rock styles. Creating works in English, French, & Haitian Kreyol, this lyricist & composer is an international gem.
